Hercules Console

To say that I am insulted by your comment is an understatement. Do you think I'm trying to cause trouble? I am only aggrevated by your comments instead of feeling supported or satisfied in any way at all. So, sorry, I have taken offense. I am not on here often enough to know about what "you moderators" say. Yes, it's extremely unfortunate the mails have gone. But I will write more in the future.

Can you tell me and all the other hercules users why a forum for hercules users won't happen? Go on, I dare you. Why is there such a lack of support? Now try to write a mature answer this time, naive girl.

 

Nothing since January...... I think you pissed her off. Uhhh.... support persons are not supposed to let personal feelings hamper their duties. I've had a major role in designing mixers for Vestax, so I know all too well, you can't please everybody in one shot. Yet, we users can be very demanding when it come to getting satisfaction, and rightfully so! I have to agree that having the support in one place makes sense for both user and moderator. I hate to look around for the answers to my questions, wondering if they've even been read. I want to know for certain that I'm in the right forum to get the answer. Hell, I use Mac, andd that in itself is a 'major' support negative.So come on back Native Girl, and let's get the Hercules Traktor combo in the best possible situation(for lack of a better word).

 

Looks like Native Girl has been asked a few times before. I think this was a much nicer answer than the one she gave you......

Im having trouble importing iTunes too!!!!
"He suggested to me that I take all my tracks out of the itunes folder except 100. Start TraktorHercules, let it import the tracks, then restart and repeat the process."
How can I do this? Help me please...

 

hi , saw Hercules DJ console today in a second hand store.
Wonder if it would work with Tiger 10.4.5 iBook and Traktor 3 ?
Also how does it compares to Kontrol DJ exept the price?

My first post here, so greetings to everyone and a great wealth of experience on this forum.

I just got a Hercules DJ Console for PC, and am trying to get it to work with Traktor. I am not able to get any MIDI signals from the Console. I have it on DJ mode with ASIO enabled. I open Traktor and am trying to assign just the cross fader, by choosing it in the MIDI setup, clicking on "Learn", and moving the crossfader. But nothing seems to register. I tried importing the .tks file someone had mentioned in this thread. But still no luck.

Is there any other way I can verify if my DJ Console is setup for MIDI correctly?

Ah well, figured it out myself. By the way has anyone got the lights working on DJ Console with Traktor 3? It sure would be nice to look at blinking lights...
