If any of you are familiar with the mix monitor at the top right corner of hercules RMX used for headphone control/beat matching I need some help with mapping it in Traktor Pro. Basically I can't figure out how to make it work. Do I add something to the assignment table?

Are you using the profile provided on Hercules support site:

    http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=215&cid=5

In this profile, the Monitor knob is assigned to the "Monitor Mix" function in Traktor Pro, as described in the document included withh the profile.

If you are refering to the headphone volume knob, note that this is a hardware control of the headphone level which cannot be mapped in MIDI (same applies to the microphone level knob).

    Hi!
Im using Traktor Pro with hercules RMX, and DJ console Mp3 as an Efect unit. I'd like to know if anyone could help me cause my monitor isn't working, I went to configure the audio outputs on traktor and i only have hercules rmx output 1 and 2.

If you are using a PC, don't forget to switch to ASIO audio mode in the Rmx control Panel before launching Traktor. Then in Traktor Soundcard setup , obviously select the Rmx ASIO driver.

If you are using a MAC computer with the latest version of OS X (10.5.7), be sure to download and install the latest Rmx driver (v1.36), which correct an issues with the aggregate device intoduced by the OS X update
