Ok everybody i wondered if you could spread your words of wisdom ?
I currently own the ddj-t1, x1 and tp2. I have just bought tsd2 of a mate and will be upgrading the software to tsp2. I know that makes my pro 2 software redundant but I got it free with the x1 so no worries there. I will be using the ddj-t1 at home and when gigging out I will be using the x1 with tsp2 and a audio 6 I know this will limit me to 3 decks max but that's fine by.

    1) is it just a case of selecting the different sound cards when changing setups

    2) can I mapp the x1 to be able to browse, load tracks, use the effects, loops and sample decks accross 3 decks

    3) how do I go about selecting the different hard ware I know it's in the controller settings but I am frightened of the two different pieces of hard ware shearing mapping configurations

    Any help would be appreciated

    Cheers Matt

I do the same exact thing. Use the club's CDJs (timecode so far, never tried HID with the 2000's) and mixer when I play out and an all-in-one controller at home. It makes it really easy so I can just leave my Traktor Audio6 and Kontrol X1 in my bag and simply plug into the DDJ-T1 when I'm at home.

I don't know the answer to #2 but #1 and #3 are pretty easy. Yes you can do that and it's pretty easy. As for the controller settings I don't know that I can explain it to you well without doing it myself and giving you a step by step, but it's not hard, you'll figure it out.
