host does'nt load pro-53

    i'm running the pro-53 on a mac g5.

    pro-53 loads fine in standalone mode, but not in the host app (cubase sx).
    the same is true for pro-53FX.

    i tried to solve the problem by updating to 3.04.002, but to no avail.
    [- The installation process has been optimized so that hosts should find the plug-in more easily.]

    does anyone have an idea what could cause the problem?

    Excuse me if this is dull or naive but do you have the .dll(s) in the correct VST Plugin folder?

    sorry schräge musik, but mac os does'nt have something like .dll's.

    i found a solution to the problem in the meantime though:

    i removed the plugin from the plug-in folder. restarted cubase.
    then i put the plug-in back in it's original position. restarted cubase again. bingo.
