How about A serial number "Berlin"

The following is the email that I got on 6-1-05. I still have not received my serial number. I did have issues with my registration on Battery but I was able to talk to the US tech support team and they were very very good. They couldn't help me with this issue because it is a download program of Twang Combo. I was transfered to US sales and was told they could only forward my concerns to the Berlin office. Are the Germans losing the technical edge? That would leave them with nothing. Everyone knows are great technicians but have no soul. How about instead of "best regards from Berlin" you send me my freakin serial number.
