How can i get this sound (examples inside)?

    Hi, there is some electric guitar effect/sound that i need, i don't know how it's called, and i cant figure out a chain in guitar rig that can produce it.
    It has that "dreamy" sound that fades in smoothly. Also notice how you can't really hear the actual pluck of the string, but only the sound after it.

    Example 1, referring to the electric guitar, not the acoustic:

    Sounds like a clean broad spectrum Fender single pickup, with a volume pedal - chorus, reverb and tasty use of the whammy bar.

    You'd have to experiment with mixtures of each element.
