    Hi all,
    I have been searching and digging around trying to find a solution to the Mac OS, "Komplete Kontrol slow loading" problem.
    Would really like to get to the bottom of it, but after months, I have not been able to.
    The support section of the NI website has you run around in circles.
    I also know I am not the only Mac user with this issue, so I am not sure what to do next???

    From what I remember, the "going around in circles" issue with getting to the support ticket page is caused by insufficient data in your profile or account. Try to fill all the info in your account. Then it should go smoothly.

    Ah yes this was a bug a while back but I believe it was fixed and you should be able to go through regardless.
    I'll test it out just in case but thank you for pointing this out!

    I have had a reply from Chris @ NI. However, unfortunately, it has not been the hopeful solution I was looking for.
    I am completely stumped and have rebuilt the database as suggested.

    none of this helps. I need to contact someone asap, not on your atricles on the, they do not help.
    horribly frustrating, in particular when your studio is out of commission because you can't reach someone.

    I have to admit I'm not sure complaining to our team and on here that our support is awful before even describing your issue (and on a Sunday) is the best strategy if you are after quick and friendly assistance ;)

    Okay, let’s start with this...while in external mode how can one record a set (as in record cross fades from ch1 to ch2)? Is this possible? Up until now, I’ve only been able to record one channel at a time.

    It's pretty straight forward - if you have a technical issue, you can use that form to send us a request. We're getting hundreds of requests through the forms so I can definitely confirm it works. If you need tutorial or ask HOW TO questions, please create a thread in this forum in the right category.
