Hi all, I had traktor pro 2 for awhile and my computer had crashed. So therefore I had to reinstall the computer operating system OS X. So I had to reinstall all the apps I had on the computer because I never did a weekly back up. I have the purchased product box of traktor pro that had version 1.2.6 but before the crash I had been updating the versions and then I had purchased the download of traktor pro 2 when it was released back in April of 2011. but the crash happened last week.

My question is how do redownload traktor pro 2 that I had purchased from the NI website so I can be up to date?

    please let me know.

    Best Regards,
    Ivan

    Hi DJEvon,

You should be able to download the Service Center from this page:
    http://co.native-instruments.com/?id=freeupdates

If you are unable to download the software directly from the application after logging in, you just need to download the Trial version of Traktor 2, and you will be able to activate it from the Service Center.

    I'm pretty sure ;)

    Spot on. Good advice.
Download the Demo and activate in Service Centre.

Thanks guys for the response and yes I have followed your instructions on doing so.

Now I also have another question. As I said I had traktor in my computer and have analyzed the files before. Do I still have to analyze all the music files again after reinstalling traktor pro 2?

Unfortunatley yes. Traktor stores the tripes in a separate folder which will have gone missing in the crash. Traktor will need to do this again.

If you have fixed all your beatgrids I suggest locking the tracks first so analyzing won't mess them up.

Thank you count zero, I guess I'd have to leave my computer and traktor open while it analyzes all of my files which will take up to 3 days to finish. oooooh boy let me begin analyzing the files.
