I just tuned in, and I'm sorry to ask what's probably obvious, but apparently I can find what I need at the directory document/native instrument/traktor/setting/midi mapping/Numark total control. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to start in getting to that directory.

    Thanks,
    Drew

A directory's the same thing as a folder. Look in your documents folder.

Sorry again, but still clueless. Only places obvious to me to look for folders are in my control panel and the Traktor Pro installation disk, and I don't seem to find a documents folder there.

Could you give me a link or something?

Seriously, I have no idea where to find the root directory/folder for this stuff. It doesn't appear to be on the installation disk, so I'm guessing it's somewhere on the website. Please, oh please, just tell me where to find that root directory.

The main documents folder for your system is what you're looking for. On a PC, it's at C:\Documents and Settings\*your user account*\My Documents, and on a Mac, it's at Mac HD/*username*/Documents
