How do I install NI User Libraries downloads?

Hi all I was wanting to know if anybody could tell me how I install any sound files from the NI User Libraries in to my Absynth5 & Reaktor 5. Only I cannot seem to find a way of getting them in to my Library.

 

For Absynth, put any samples in the main Absynth sample folder. Then, use the import .glo bank (if it's Absynth 1-3) to import the bank. For Absynth 4 and 5 sounds (.ksds), put the .ksds in your user content Absynth folder. The default locations:

PC: My Documents\Native Instruments\Shared Content\Sounds\Absynth 5
Mac: Documents/Native Instreuments/Shared Content/Sounds/Absynth 5

For Reaktor, put the unzipped ensembles/instruments/macros in the locations you designated for user content in Reaktor's preferences.
