How Do I report a bug?

Checked the bugtracker link above, but it just takes me to the download page?

Same - I have a bug....

Only root folder of VSTPlugins are scanned - no plugins in subfolders are picked up - right now you have to add any and all sub folders by hand (pain)

 

my bad. first you need to sign up at the download page where you got the update. then once registered you can login to:

@gluon - not here. Subfolders are scanned (Win7 64bit OS)

 

I've done that and i'm using the same info i used for the public beta to login, that's why i'm confused.

 

you can't use the public beta login info with bug tracker.

bug tracker will give you another username (eg. 123456) and password in your email after you've singed up.

 

Ok i got it. I can't sign up or send the adminstrator an email. Also where it says contact an admin to request an account there is no list. I'm using Google Chrome.

 

i use chrome as well. i don't know what to say. i just signed up after i downloaded the update and received the info right away.

 

I didn't get another email. I just used my normal user account login info. Haven't received anything related to bug reporting at all. Hopefully someone from Ni will see this. I've got a few bugs to report!
