How Do I set a Hot Key to Reverse Play in Traktor Pro?

I did the mapping you described but it only worked correct when i removed the second PLAY/Pause command :|

Otherwise it would paused the second time i hit the button to deactivate

 

tried this, worked fine for my controller but not for the audio 8 it just stops the playback

 

Kudos to Ali! Well spotted. In which version of TSP did the "stepless" pitch-bend feature appear? No matter, you have done us all a big favour.

 

There are a couple of problems with using this (see comments section on Ali's site) but still useful in the meantime. What would be more useful would be for NI to stop removing functionality in their "Pro" versions, making us waste otherwise creative time trying to figure out clunky work arounds.

Why remove things that work?

Just bought the upgarde to Pro. I've looked for the "reverse" everywhere... so it seems its officially gone, and the reverse FX in the effects is not usable. Shame, it was a very musical feature, why take it out?
