How do you create favorites aside from quickload

I don't find quickload very practical, especially since there is no way to simply add a current instrument to the quickload or to audition instrument in the quickload setup window.

My question is, does anyone have a method for managing their favorite instruments aside from quickload.

Also would love to find a way to quickly add current instrument to a favorites group as well.

 

I too was wondering about this. Is its possible to "tag" instruments you like as favorites, like you can in Spectrasonics Omnisphere, and then sort by instruments by this "favorites" tag? I have a TON of Kontakt samples from all over the place, thus being able to tag my favorite tabla from one library, or my favorite "taiko drum" from another would be worth the price of the update alone!

It really kind of pathetic. Not as bad as the fact that there is no way to navigate back to the instrument that you have loaded. NI developers need to google "BREADCRUMBS" ... a basic navigation trail for websites. Ever more of a necessity with large sample libraries. I just don't understand what the priorities are at this company.
