How do you get NI to reply to a support ticket?

    Thats all really its been a couple of weeks do they offer support anymore or am i talking to myself by raising a ticket?

    I usually wait a few days and then I call. Give them your account email address so they can find your open support ticket. That way they can read your problem and you don't have to explain it to them.

    Whats the issue? Maybe someone on the forum can help depending on what the problem is of course.
