How do you record the filters or effects knobs movement?

    We found how to insert effects including Cut and Res, also found options at the buttom of the page to enter filter values by double clicking. But how to record real time knobs movement? Lets say I have a Pad sound and I want it to open and close by filter- I need to be able to record the knob turning. Is it possible? Any other soft synth doing it easy. Thanks.

    Hold down "Autowrite" and twiddle knob. Or Press Shift + Autowrite to toggle it on and off.

    Auto writing effects all patterns?

    I'm auto writing some knob twisting on a filter, for the whole group. It is effecting ALL of my patterns, and I don't want it to.
    -Is there a way for me to auto write pattern by pattern, instead of effecting all of them?

    Can you not auto write fx on master? not letting me...

    No, autowrite only effects the pattern you are working on.

    No. Workaround is to send the output from all groups to a sound, then effect the sound.
