Hi Markus,

Please, please include me in the beta group. I've actually been gigging live with Bandstand for the last couple of weeks.

Overall, I'm fairly pleased, but obviously the loading times are an issue. I've got everything tweaked fairly well and got through last weeks gig without any major issues. The drums are a little weak, IMHO, so I have to combine it with other soft synths for some tunes.

It would be nice to use just Bandstand - I think it will eventually be a fantastic product.

I intend to keep on using it live, and will contribute as much as I can to this discussion group.

Hi Markus. Yes they have contacted me offering support ignoring my question. With all respect, I’m not Wedding musician. There is no one professional class sound in Bandstand.

What are the steps if I want to sell it?

great feedback!

I was also playing around with Bandstand and profi MIDI files lately and am really happy with the sound and performance. with my library fix, all sound now load within the typical 3-4 seconds before the song start. also, I did not here any problems with sound changes during the songs.

I am comiling an FAQ document for the product based on my experience with the above. got all your email addresses for beta testing of the new library. if the test manager does not get hte time, I will try to send out the NDAs myself later this week.

I should let you all know that Band in a Box has released an update to their last upgrade which has apparently resolved the remaining performance issues that were preventing me from using Bandstand in a live circumstance. I truly thought that this was going to require modifications by both PG Music and NI.

Whereas there are still some issues with the libraries of sounds that I would appreciate being addressed, the level of imperative that I had been expressing has been dramatically reduced.

Now if you will excuse me, I believe the crow is done cooking and I'm late for breakfast.
