How long does it take before NI technical support responds ?

    I made already 3 tickets concerning traktor pro

    First ticket was made 1.5 week ago

    Still no response or what so ever

    Is this normal ?

    If i issue a ticket I get a reply the next day.
    But with the PRO now .... I think they are overloaded with tickets (if u see the posts on the forum).

    Maybe that's why.

    With T3 I always got a fast reply though.

    Everyone wants to upgrade to pro, so they are really overfilled with request from users.

    Thats why they take so long.

    As a tip, when u are requesting the serial for pro, remeber to fill out all the fields and never forget the proof of purchase.
