how long for tech support to respond

    i'm having problems installing kore 2. sent the crash log and description to ni about a week ago - no response, except that a ticket has been created. is it typical to wait over a week for a response?

    I'd just phone technical support. I just got a email reply for the problem I had two weeks ago, which has in the meantime been solved in 5 minutes on the phone.

    well, it's been 9 days and still no word from ni. i would love to contact them via phone, but i don't see a number on the website. i am in colorado, usa. does anyone have it?

    i freaking hate calling customer service. i don't even know why its called customer "service" it should be called, make customer crazy...tee hee

    I tried to contact them yesterday, but it was saturday and of course there's no companies having support on weekends but I gave it a try for the hell of it.

    Anyways, here you can find phone numbers:

    First thing tomorrow I will call em to resolve my "Licence is already registered to another customer" problem.
