How long is it to support answer ?

Anybody could indicate how long it is from a support inquiry to NI answer (not automatic, real) ? I can't registry (neither update) my K2 because I received the wrong product, and had no answer for 4 days.

I have some demonstration using K2 tomorrow, but have some problems which seem to be corrected in update (.dat atmosphere, and crackles with big library). It's a pity: I choosed K2 exactly because the K1.5 demo was the only one giving me a totally crackles-free behaviour (other samplers did not) in playing fast piano pieces. And unfortunately, K2 is not as efficient. Should I use the K1.5 demo tomorrow and restart it every 30' ???

I hope this will be OK rapidly. K2 is a monster, positively speaking, and I am expecting a lot from it. The library is really beautiful and motivating for what I have tried up to now.
