    I bought some kore hardware and it keeps coming up software already registered. I contacted the previous owner who says that he has contacted NI but had no response. This is 4 days now how long does something like this usually take

    I would - well, from Germany, don't know where you live - phone the NI service. It is a matter of minutes then, usually. The user support is much, much better than it used to be years ago, I can say.

    A UK number would be great, although at this stage I'd settle for a German one.

    I have to say, so far, I am NOT impressed with NI's support, and it may affect whether I buy another NI product.

    well, depending on which case...i am still waiting on a reply from a case months ago, and my most recent is going on a week.
