How many time to validate a request for transfert of a serial ?

    Hi,


    I would like to know how many time i would wait for the transfert of the serial of a komplete 7 bundle. The precedent owner has asked NI to transfert the serial two days ago, and i still can't activate my software by the service center.

    I am interested by the komplete 9 bundle with the thanksgiving reduce, but if i must wait several other days, perhaps it would not be possible ??:(
