how many times can i install t2?

    im currently running the s4 software on my windows laptop and just got my code for the t2 software update.

    i have only installed the s4 software once but...

    ..i will be upgrading my laptop to a mac..and was wondering is it possible to install the t2 software on the windows then unistall it / install it on my mac?

    so with my understanding on this (because i am in the same boat), when they email me the serial number for T2, and i install traktor on my new laptop, i use the new serial number and not the one i have on my cd cover right? (i know dumb question, just checking.) :S

    When you install T2 you need to use the T2 serial number.
    If you install the old S4 software you will need to use the serial number that came with that.

    hi all,
    just to check,
    when you install TP2 on the second machine,
    you use the TP2 serial number again to register via service center on that second machine as well?

    I've got a slightly different issue:

    Currently, my Traktor S4 is installed on 2 separate computers, though I will be purchasing a Macbook Pro soon for my setup. If I download and install the T2 update for my desktop (just one of them), will I be able to use the T2 serial and install it onto my laptop once I get it? Once I get my macbook i will be unisntalling S4 from my main PC desktop...

    From NI web site....!

    Note: The end user license agreement (EULA) of Native Instruments' products allows the simultaneous installation on two computers (three computers for all versions of KORE and KOMPLETE), as long as only one installation is used at any given time. It is not necessary to "deactivate" an existing installation to activate the product on a further machine, but due to the license agreement it is required to uninstall the product from the previously used computer

    Yes that should be fine as long as you have either S4 or T2 on no more than 2 computers. (You can run S4 and T2 on the same computer and have that count only once)
