How to create a STEMS file programatically?

    I don't see any clear and precise specification in SDK zip file on how to create a STEMS file byte by byte.

    Specifically, I am looking for something like: http://soundfile.sapp.org/doc/WaveFormat/.

    I want to be able to generate STEMS files in JS and I don't see any other way.
