Once I drag an instrument from the factory library (for example 2-osc.ism) into the panel on the right, how do I delete it? I must be missing something very simple. I'm running 5.5 using Ableton Live as a host on OSX 10.6.

    ** UPDATE **

It seems that when I drag an instrument (.ism) into the panel on the right, a new ensemble is created if one doesn't exist.. yes? but I can't seem to get to that ensemble.. double-clicking on the structure background doesn't bring me to the ensemble.. where I assume that I could delete the instrument..

    Hmmm..

you are right: dragging an instrument or ensemble into the structure creates an instrument. Read the manual „getting started” chapters 4.3 and 4.5.2. You get the manual on mac by hitting on „help”.
