This thread is about tracks that have an unsteady tempo, "handmade" tracks like old soul & funk tracks etc.
    Is that your problem?

just put grid marker on every 4th or 8th beat at intro or outro or mixout area, and it will be synced properly

Uh, no, this thread definitely should not be deleted. It highlights one of the top issues that a majority of users have with Traktor: not being able to grid tracks that don't have a perfectly uniform BPM. Apparently this is technically difficult enough to add to the existing product that NI has not done it, and may not until they come out with the successor to Traktor. If anything we need to keep reminding NI that this is a very wanted feature.
EDIT: That said, the short answer is that there is no way to do it properly in the current software, so if setting in and out loops isn't enough, your only choices are warp the track in another program (Ableton) or beatmatch manually.

If it's just the intro/outro issue for transitions...I like Ean's simple approach to this problem. He sets BPM to the outro beat and manually sets/taps intro beat.

Yes, I do that for some tracks already. BUT, if Traktor does get elastic beatgridding, it would surely be a time saver and open up new possibilities for mixing and mashing tracks!

Whatever it takes though at this point as much as fulfilling people's requests I think they're filling the glaring gaps and playing catch up with the conpetition.

10 years later still one of the biggest bummers in Traktor. I don't care about sync but it messes up all clocked fx...

Guys, dont worry, it will all come,
    in 10 years.

    sad jokes aside,
i think they are working on an overhall of traktor, hopefully 64 bit and all...

I gave up waiting for this feature and now just warp tracks that are impossible to beatmatch in Logic. It usually only takes a few seconds.

Right? This clunky hack of a thread was pasted from another forum nearly 12 years ago....what a cringe...
