    Account & Order Help

    You can get assistance with a product purchase or registration by using the relevant Solution Wizards. You can also find important information about payments, licenses, activation, and your NI user account all via the Solution Wizards. If you need immediate assistance regarding these topics, you can chat with us directly during business hours.
    Please note that the chat is available from Monday to Friday between 1 - 4 PM (CET & PST).

    Install and Uninstall / Tech Support

    For all topics regarding the installation of our product / Native Access, choose Install & Uninstall. Here you will be able to find solutions quickly or get in touch with our support team by using our new interactive Solution Wizard - here.

    DJ and Music Production / Tech Support

    For questions about the usage of our products, choose either DJ or Music Production. Here you will also be able to find the help you need or get in touch directly with our support team by using the relevant Solution Wizards.

    Hardware Help / Repair Support

    Hardware help can also be found in the relevant interactive Solution Wizards for Hardware
    You will be able to start a case about a defective units or simply ask about possible repairs / spare parts.
