How to get in touch with customer support?

    I recently purchased an S49 keyboard with Komplete 12.
    I'd like to return those products and upgrade to the S61 with Komplete Collectors Edition.

    I have two tickets sent in to support from over a week ago - No Reply

    Ticket #1743728

    I've called customer support for two days straight throughout their hours of operation - No Reply, only an automated message.

    Can someone please tell me if NI has a support team that's reachable?
    Is there someone that can please help me reach them, any support agents here?. :)

    Winston, I just got in touch with support on the phone, two calls in a row. I'd try them now. Just got my order settled and worked out.. Once I got them on the phone they were very helpful, like super helpful, saved me over $300 on my order by showing me how to order upgrades. Try them again..

    In the same boat, I've opened tickets that have just sat with no reply. I don't have a support number to call though.

    We always try to respond as quick as possible but different department, different workload ;)
