I use Maschine 2 and I’m about to upgrade my laptop. I have many Groups which I’d like to transfer to my new laptop. In my Groups I’ve used many vst’s such as Masssive and drum samplers such as Battery 4. I’ve also modulated the sounds in the vst’s and drum samplers. What I would like to know is how I can keep the modulated sounds by reinstalling my vst’s and drum samplers on a new laptop. Can this be done somehow? I appreciate any advice about this. Many thanks.

What are you referencing to exactly when you say "Modulated"? It sounds like you mean 'Processed' sounds with VST's other than modulated...
Just save/export all your groups, projects, etc... You might not even need to save and export, just copy all your User Content folders.
Are you on Mac or Windows? Do you have your content and libraries on the system HD?

Thanks for your reply. What I mean is; I'll maybe alter the cut off in Massive or the attack in Battery 4, and I was thinking that when I reinstall both these devices, that I'll lose any parameters that I've changed. I'm on Windows 8.1 and all my Groups are saved on my hard drive.

No, you don't lose any parameter changes, those are stored in the project/group/sound.
When you get your new laptop just install everything, then copy your user folder containing all your projects/groups/sounds/presets from the old to the new laptop and give it a test run. On Maschine Projects it might be a good idea to "Save projects with Samples" because if the new HD path structure is different Maschine wont find the samples where it expects them.

If you plan to sell your old laptop make sure to keep it for at least a week or so in order to test if everything you moved to the new one is fully working properly.
