I'm trying to map some knobs in Native Instruments Rounds synthesizer to some knobs in the pages section of Maschine 2 - the Oscillator FM1 and FM2 knobs and the AMP ENV Attack knob in the Output section, in the Digital synthesizer. Some knobs will map but not the ones I want. I have searched for some tips but can find no clear answer. Any help is appreciated. Many thanks

Thanks Kaldosh. I followed Sowari's instructions then got totally lost when alpert took over.. I tried as Alpert suggested, 'click on the parameter you want to assign' but got lost at the part - 'change id value to 1-2-3 etc & save the ens...'

Well. If you read OK this is two distinct part.
The first step is simply to sort and compress Ids and see if it allows you to assign what you want and memorise your preset in Marschine. If not then you have to reorder the ids so all the parameters you need fit under the Id 100.
I remind you the process is better in standalone mode but works OK in Maschine in Edit mode .
Then usually once you've been through that, you just open the synth again go to pages to reorder, rename you controller and pages to your liking and save your preset for easy recall next time.
But I am surprise that as Rounds is a stock synth is is not all mapped already.
I love that synth but my computer can't handle it.

...to control a parameter with Maschine it has to be enabled for host automation (and an id has to be assigned to it). However, it seems, that very often Rounds is not using standard controls (knobs etc.), but Mouse Areas and these don't seem to be controllable via host automation. I'm not an expert in this area, but I guess, what you want, is not possible with Rounds.

Oh yes you're right. I actually watched a video about that when I was trying to assign it... Better to host it in a Daw I think

Thanks for your tips. I have played around and tried but without success. As you say Ioachm, what I want is probably not possible.
