How to record sequ. synths & samplers in cubase sx

Im having trouble understanding how to record the sequenced instruments Reaktor has, in Cubase. For example Im working with the Limelite drum machine. Do I try to record audio with an audio track in Cubase? I cant get anything to record, or lay out on a track.

choose :file / export / audio mixdown
choose the trak you want ( solo or not )

if you're using sx 3, you can also use the freeze instruments feature (this is available in sx 2 as well, but there are some major bugs that make it unusable if you are using any automation).

freeze isn't quite as configurable as doing an audio mixdown, but it can be a lot easier. especially if you know you are going to be going back to make changes in the future.

 

Thank you all.. I will try the mixdown and freeze functions tonight. I did create a loop using the recorderbox last night, but it is really difficult to make the loops sequential. It took a little work, but i finally got one to sound pretty decent.
