    Hi

Somebody knows how can i automate the next and previous buttons of kontakt libraries for not having to use the mouse? it is annoying when you want to explore a sample library and have to point and click the ''next'' button every time for changing sounds

and also i want to know to automate the solo and mute buttons because it is a basic function if you want to play with 3 or 4 sounds at the same time and make combinations on the fly

    i have a nektar lx88 midi controller

You cannot do that, those controls are not automatable nor MIDI learnable.

NI wants you to use Komplete Kontrol and their S-series keyboards for that.

S-series keyboards controls the software Komplete Kontrol, which in turn communicates with all existing NI products.

Can S-series keyboards control Kontakt library browsing directly? I don't think so. Through Komplete Kontrol only yes?

You may also want to investigate Kontakt banks, which are built for switching quickly between sounds (instruments) from an external keyboard controller.

Well, they can but in regular MIDI mode. Full functionality only via KK.

I thought about suggesting that, but I don't think it's what OP wants - instrument banks preload everything, so it's not that good for just finding which patches you want to use - they are there for the live performer (and originally, for compatibility with NI Bandstand, which is long gone now).

yes, banks are usable when you want to have some choices of sounds but useless when you want to try all sounds of one big library on the fly
