I only saw threads about older versions and apparently you have to actually go into the reg editor to delete all mentions of Kontakt? There is no uninstall in Control Panel or anywhere else I see. Someone please tell me that uninstalling isn't that ridiculous?

There has to be an uninstaller in Control Panel/Settings, most definitely. Unless you somehow manually removed it from C:\ProgramData\...

There is not and I did not and no one else has access to this computer. Weird...

So I'm back to deleting all registry entries and files I find under the Native Instruments folders?

I can't really see how it's possible to have Kontakt installed and that uninstaller doesn't show up... Unless you, like, manually dragged just the EXE file from another machine onto this one (highly unlikely).

Nope. Anyway, here's what I did FWIW:

    1. I used the NI Uninstall RegTool I found mentioned in another thread
    2. I manually deleted whatever Kontakt files I could find
    3. I opened NI Access and the "Repair" icon was there. When I clicked it, it said "you must reinstall," so I did
    4. After that, it did appear in Control Panel uninstall options, so I uninstalled it

    Thanks for the replies.
