How's the beta testing going? ;-)

I'd love to start using Battery with my new Vista 64 rig...

 

It's not a public beta test, so people who are part of it are signed to confidentiality agreements and not allowed to comment here.

It means its not coming.. it's been 2 months now.. and then they have to go back to stage/phase one.. it's not coming.. I talked with NI about that 2 years ago.. its not coming.. they said they were looking at it and doing beta testing back then.. give it up and buy the Maschine or BPM

2 month isn't that long in software development - if you want to get it right. Changing an app to include 64 bit architecture is a tricky process. Shame they can't tell us about it though.

 

I understand 2 months is nothing.. But it's been awhile, though.. like I said I wouldn't hold your breathe.. I got mad respect for NI don't get me wrong.. I'm a true supporter of them, but EW you must admit it has been long over due my friend...

 

NI programmers are working on the Kontakt update. A Battery update would probably utilize the new Kontakt engine. So probably we'll see an updated Battery soon after the Kontakt update.
