I am an owner of Kontakt 6 and the Swing More! library. In native access every time I hit download for Swing More! I get an error saying HTTP bad header. I have tried deleting native access and the folder containing the ras3 file, swapping to a different computer, disabling all firewalls, and using multiple connections, reinstalling basically everything I can think of at this point. The closest I have been being when I directed downloaded the sample library from the plugin makers website. I was able to load the library in the files and database sections, but it is in demo mode (I have Kontakt 6 and when I hit the NI button in the top right it does NOT say player and says full version Kontakt 6). I believe it is because Kontakt thinks it is unlicensed (I have input serial numbers for everything I own including Swing More! and Kontact 6). I have tried deleting and reinstalling the iso and aria files also. I even started the download and immediately paused and found the hidden tmp file. I then located the Metalink file and copied the URL into my browser which leads to an error (All other metalink files when I copy and paste the URLs lead to a direct download being prompted). I have no idea what to do and have reached out to support multiple times only getting the response to reinstall native access. I have no idea what to do. Did something get corrupted during my serial registration? Is it possible for NI to deregister and reregister the product to my account? I am in desperate need of advice.

Ok so after 2 full days of troubleshooting I think I got it. I was messing around by trying to use legacy products and after installing kontakt 5 and adding it to the library and letting kontakt 6's demo time out it fixed itself. It even says it is downloaded in native access which is awesome because I didn't even download it from native access. I have not idea if any of that was coincidental or a feasible solution, but it appears to be working fine.
