i am new with traktor scratch duo. help

i install the sofware and driver with the dvd, and i want to upgrade the new one? need to unintall it? i updated traktor, but it is still 1.2.2, not 1.2.7, i used torq bef4, mac user, thanks

I had the same issue. Did you update from service center already?

If everything is up to date it should work.

Are you starting traktor from the icon in your dock?

When you update traktor it does not update the icon in your dock. you have to remove it from your dock and drop in the new icon, you should then be able to see 1.2.7 when you click your info.

you're opening from the applications menu and clicking on the traktor icon and its still giving you the previous version?

 

bro.. i found the reason, got 2 folders at aplication, 1.2.7 is at nativ instruments. 1.2.2 is at folder traktor, can i delete the 1.2.2 folder?

 

Not sure about deleting it... but i would try to run off the folder from 1.2.7...

maybe someone else can chime in about deleting the folders... don't think you're suppose to delete or move any items regarding the program.. with future updates try to install them in the same place.
