Do/did you own any of the qualifying products before May 1? (FinalScratch, SSL, Traktor2/3)

Go to your place of purchase and exchange it for the correct package (and pay the difference)?

Contact Registration Support and see whether they can make an "online" exchange (after you pay the difference)?

I was thinking about buying the crossgrade as I'm currently using Traktor 3. Do you still have it? If you're unable to return it let me know and perhaps I can buy it off you.

DJ_GQ: crossgrades are still available through outside dealers who have stock remaining.

nickromano: were you registered through Stanton? i recall having to manually switch over to NI...the process took over a year. i had given up until some nice guy over at Stanton helped me out.

Do you have a ticket number?

Also, when you log into the registration page do you see Traktor FS1 listed?

It should be because soon as 1.1 came out you had to register it with NI.

sure i can login. i can't see registered nothing cause i made this account 2-3 days ago! i dunno where i registered my fs 1. i sent a mail to support with his serial no. but no one replies to me! NI doesn't care of his customers only takes money!

Please email me your FS 1.1 serial number and your TS serial number.

If you purchased your crossgrade from a store, you can still activate it.

you shouldn't say that. since you didn't register it with NI they can't know that you're an actual customer (remember, i originally registered with Stanton back in the day too). anyhow, it looks like you're being handled now ;)
