I cannot type letters in Service Center, only numbers.

    In Service Center,
    trying to activate my new Maschine. Blank boxes for serial number, but I can't type letters. Numbers work fine. Only letters aren't working.

    Bizarre.

    Anyone experienced this?

    I'm on a Mac.
