    Hi everybody,

I've just downloaded some new updates from NI Service Center.

Well, when I attempt to install them, a warning appears stating:

"No library found under the registered installation path. Either move the library back to its original location or re-install the library before running this update."

I never moved the libraries from their original locations...

And, how could I possibly re-install libraries if on installation discs there's only one indication: "Kontakt installation disc 1", "Kontakt installation disc 2"...and so on?

    Any suggestions immensely welcome!

    Thank you all.

    Miki

    Hi there,

    no help from Technical Support?

I'm sure I never moved the libraries from their original locations.

I'm a sort of maniac in keeping "clean" and in order my computer.

    Thank you.

    Hi JPaul23,

    please, do as follows:

open into your dvd drive the Komplete 7 installation disc.

Point to: Komplete 7 Setup PC.exe (if you have a PC, obviously...otherwise...).

Choose to install just Reaktor as Application, then scrolling down, The Finger, Reaktor Prism and Reaktor Spark Content, then further down its plug-in. Then follow the procedure. Choose a disc and folder of your choice (in the same place where you have them now!), putting the "red cross" on all other features. So, do not (re)install Kontakt or Absynth or Massive and so on...and their libraries either.

After installation, Service Center will open. I just clicked on "activate", but it told me all products were activated. No further hassle then.

Finally download (or launch, if you kept them into your computer) the latest updates, namely those that didn't install.

    Now, they will bleeding install!

Thanks NI for their missing (in this case) support...

"If you want something done, do it yourself"..., although I'm not an expert!

    All the best to everybody.

    Bad news though...

After updating, if I attempt to load them, I receive the following message:

Error while reading file E:\Reaktor Spark R2\Spark.rkplr:Not a valid %1%file!

I managed (luckily enough) to install the updates without any help, but now, please NI, just guide me (us!) in order to fix this. Same as: http://www.native-instruments.com/forum/showthread.php?t=151511

    Thank you.

I cannot update Reaktor Prism, Spark and The Finger (FIXED)

    Hi,

in order to get the sounds loadable again, I updated Reaktor to 5.6.1...

I was very lucky again to perceive by intuition what to do.

Nevertheless, NI Support should know these things far better than me. Don't you think so?

Usually, they are very supportive and quick, but this time, unfortunately...

    Thank you all the same.
