I've got a problem. I downloaded a Niche Audio sample pack. All 16 sounds are in a Group, Group A. But the 16 sounds don't play individually. When I click a sound like a kick and play it on my keyboard, all the sounds play together, I can't play individual sounds. And when I put any sound like a Massive pad in another Group, Group B, then that sound plays with all the sounds from Group A. Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds to me like you have the midi input source setting on Group A set to ALL instead of DEFAULT or FOCUS. If set to ALL, it will trigger all sounds slots in that group on midi input, versus FOCUS where it will only trigger the sound slot in focus. Not really sure what the difference is between DEFAULT and FOCUS --- @Mr36 ?

Default = whatever the MIDI input preference is set to.
Focus = focus (as you described), regardless of preferences' MIDI input setting.

Thanks for your advice. I tried what you said but it still happens. It's strange because it doesn't happen when I press the individual pads on my Maschine Jam, only the keys on my MPK mini keyboard. Prefer the keyboard but I'll use the Jam. Thanks.

What exactly did you try? What are your group level midi in settings and what settings for each sound? What do you have set in preferences as the default? Does this happen on a new project? Likely some midi input settings causing this.

Wow!. All the settings for each sound were wrong. I've no idea why this was the case. I had to correct all the settings for all the sounds for each Project/Group. Only for this pack though. All my other packs are perfect. Still, it's done now. I'd have had no idea if I hadn't come to this forum. Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
