Resolved I caught a crash on the last beta. The report is attached.

Could you explain maybe what you were doing in the SW before it crashes and did it crash on startup, close down, while playing tracks etc.

Hi Sander,
I just opened the settings window and in tab "Controller manager" wanted to add new keyboard shortcuts. External controllers were not connected to Traktor at this time.

And by the way, before that I changed the resolution of my display to a higher one.

 

Can you send your Traktor Settings.tsi?

Traktor beta Crash. When updating image Data. Adding Image 200x200 in program Mp3tag. I go back to traktor beta 3.4.0.186 The Old image is still there. Try changing Image in traktor beta 3.4.0.186 shut down traktor. Crash comes up. This happened on 8-18-2020 and twice today 8-21-2020 Uploading files. This does not happen in the regular version..

 

The crash just happened again, for the same reason described in the first message of this topic.

 

I checked your settings file and tried to reproduce it with the steps you described but was not able to but the crash report points to a crash in a audio engine nothing related to the Controller Manager.

strangely, no deck was playing at that moment.
I had the LEARN button pressed (in conroller manager), i wanted to assign a new hotkey, and at that moment a crash occurred.

 

Was the internal sound card of the Macbook? Which Macbook you have?

Ok i have a developer look at the crashlogs and see if he can find something. If you manage to reproduce it with exact steps that would be great...

 

We found a repro and a fix. It will be included in the next beta.
