I confirm bad selling support

    I have bought Komplete 8 crossgrade on 11.07.12.
    After two weeks of expectation I have written to a support service that till now have not received package. The answer has come only in many days : "Please be patient for some time and contact us again, if you haven´t received anything by 01.08.2012".
    On 02.08.2012 I once again have written and once again some days of expectation of the answer : "Maybe there is a delay with the local postal service. Please let me know if you don't receive the goods until August, 20th."
    With 11.07.12 up to 20.08.12 ---------------------------- 40 days turn out!
    From NI I did not expect such things!
