i dont want hot cue 1 as load marker ! >:o

ok so i just recently updated my traktor and all my songs instead of having a regular white flag with no number inside of it, the cue point as in where traktor thinks the first beat is is filled in with the number 1 ! i like the old way where i had use of all my 4 cue points and the load marker was just a white flag. how can i get it back that way ? i know under file management there a check box that says "store beat markers as hot cues" i unchecked it, but the number 1 cues are still there ! i need help. might be playing a show tonight.

after i unchecked the box do i have to re analyze all my music or something ?

 

Hot Cue 1 in white colour isn´t a load marker its the Beat Grid marker.

After new analyzing their is still the Beat Grid Marker Hot Cue 1...so u must delete this marker manually in each track.

from witch version do u upgarde?

 

try to deactivate the setting "store gridmarker as hotcue" under "file management" in the preferences.

If you need to clear all your #1 hotcues after the beatgrids have been set you have to delete the Traktor tags of your tracks (this will delete every data of traktor in the files - so only if you won't lose any important information)

 

I already un clicked the box that says "store grid marker as hotcue", and I still can't use my hotcue 1, it just keeps jumping to the beginning of the song, and if I delete the "white" beat marker, marked as 1it deletes the beginning of my beatgrid...... Wtf I'm stumped

 

after deleting the grid marker you have to det a new one but this has not to be a hotcue

 

Goto hotcue 1. Delete it. Set a grid marker at the same point. This should set the grid without using a hotcue anymore and will save you regridding.

 

i didnt have this problem with version 2.1.0. why would they do that ?

 

One of your updates must have reset the "store grid as hotcue" any songs your gridded while the option was reset will have the problem. Changing the setting only affects tracks you analyse/grid from then on. It doesn't go back and change the existing tracks.

 

Hi I have this problem as well I don know how to turn off the cue button number 1. Earlier when I load the track all cue buttons was off. Now eaven afrer completly uninstall and reinstal my traktor softwere when I load a track, traktor automaticly setting up the cue point always on the start of the track and I cant turn off this by pressing shift + cue1? So what I shall to do to turn off the cue button 1. This problem works with A and B Track decks. How I can turn on this option to be work automaticly when I load a track.

 

You can't use Shift+Cue1 to delete a grid marker in this position. You have to go the grid panel under the advanced section and delete it there.

Yesterday I recognize that this problem works only with included to traktor program demo sets and beats all those sounds have a lock icon from the left side in the browse window. I think it means that all settings for the sounds is locked ( cue points, grid, etc.) after that I found out that when I unlock the grid lock icon in track window I can delte first hot cue;-) And I can set up my tracks however I want;-) But I think earlier those tracks Was set up without any settings when I load them up into the traktor.
