Actually it's just another reason for bad, over driven mixes.

However it does explain why I see a lot of art students closing their eyes and listening to the strokes of the brush. ;)

Bad overdriven mixes are a consequence of visual feedback from plugs such as pro q and span?

because any update in maschine regarding EQ would be categorized as an update to something that is a basic feature of maschine. we do not do such things here, we do not implement or update basic features we exist too far into the future of that. what you should do is upgrade your studio setup to 'state of the art' which means get rid of all your other Equipment keep only maschine, next upgrade your engineering skills to 'state of the art' as well, which means stop eq-ing your mixes all together, we don't eq our mixes in the future because EQ is an antiquated concept, and thirdly after these things have been done you will need to meet us in the future where we are jamming at this very moment to our favorite futuristic genre called bigtime hardwobble, but to get to the future you will need to use the 'time maschine' feature in maschine, it's only in os 1.0 but don't worry if you have os 1.8 installed you won't notice much difference when you downgrade which is what we call upgrading in the future anyway. Good luck, see you in my present which is your future.
