I have never been to a site this many times checking for a public beta before in my life. This is crazy. I can't wait hahahaha. I must really have a problem..... I'm twitching. This update is all I want for XMAS. I feel like Samuel L. Jackson in "Jungle Fever" When his mom asked where the TV was and he replied "Damnit! I smoked the T.V. If I can't touch it can I see it? Can we get behind the scene footage? I'm running out of fingernails. This was my wish from the beginning. I have been waiting for this Maschine. Updates don't have release dates SMH... No rewire that would have made timestretchers happy if it was included in the update and got them off your back NI. Then we could slave live 8 but nobody is perfect NI almost perfect with this update though. I'm typing to fast because my mind moves rapid. I think this is going to be a revolutionary product wait it already is. Death to those who go against the Maschine. I bet Akai is slapping the **** out of there entire staff for not doing this. Who didn't think they would? I did and they decided to make an APC40 instead. In the words of Homer Simpson "DOH!" Great way to capitollize off years and years of sample technology. Ideas and ideas my head is a lightbulb. I wish I worked for NI then I could be a part of this history. Oh well ah hell back to this beat I'm working on bye.

 

You could try taking beta blockers for the anxiety!

I just got me some 80mg Beta Blockers so hopefully that will tie me over until the 1.6 Beta Release. Then I will have a 1.6 party with liquor medicinal marijuana and women.

Yeah i definitely need a 1.6 wait support group! I can't wait, this is gonna once again change the game, to be able to do it all in one piece of software in standalone mode and save all your stuff, wow! To be honest, i have been using this time before it drops to just listen to more music on youtube, start coming up with melodies, and getting prepared for how im gonna use maschine, which VSTs to get now, etc. I already got like 5 beats in my head im gonna do w/Maschine and some sounds from Sampletank!
Basically im actually using this time to "refresh" myself musically since i normally do some music everyday, so this waiting although frustrating, may turn out to be productive.

 

what i been doing is the studio one thingy so i can see EXACTLY what it feels like.

thats why i dont have the shakes but the chills still are there, lol!

 

I'll be calling in sick the day 1.6 is released.

Lots of liquor will be consumed.

Weed will be smoked.

Some fine bitches ass will be slapped.


All in the name of phat bass lines! CANT WAIT!

 

I think I might be able to shut off my computer monitor once this update is out. Just plug in my keyboard, Kore 2 controller, and Maschine. I could probably get an entire track fleshed out without looking at the computer screen once (well at least not very often).

It's exciting to think about an alternate way to get ideas out before detailed work in the DAW

I'm excited as well but I just try and keep focused on the music at hand and know that it will come soon, good luck with the wait

AAaah man...

I should be getting my Maschine 4 xmas, and the thought alone has been keeping me up all night for the past month or so... and when i herd about the 1.6.... I think I actually jumped up and down on my chair! I haven't made any music for a couple of weeks now, partially 'cuz i've been checking this forum all day long but mostly because i think that if I take a brake and just think about beats.. Ideas, mixing techniques, WHAT PLUGINS TO USE etc etc i can spend all xmas day doing me..
(up here we celebrate xmas 24th) damit, i'm like a little school girl....
