....that when NI fix all the issues in 2.5, they also throw in the Native Mix Recorder (no we havent forgot) as a little bonus for the inconvenience. :D

I have a Mix Recorder in 2.5, 2.1.2, 2.0.1, 1.2.7. It is made by NI the makers of the software. Surely this is a native mix recorder as it is part of the software as opposed to recording from the out of your mixer or using a third party audio recorder?

The native mix recorder was a feature of earlier versions of Traktor that allowed you to record a mix which Traktor would play back automatically for you. All your automation was stored in a file so if you messed up a part of the mix you could overdub and correct the section or enhance with effects. It was a lovely feature which I think they sold to Serato under the condition they call it the Bridge.

CPU HOG for sure. Make that a separate software or a process that is an option. 2.5 is stressing most cpu as is. Not only that but any basic software program lets you arrange selected parts of recordings and link together almost seemlessly. I say no dont. Not just to that Stability is the main focus NI should have now. The usefullnes and integration of Traktor is awesome.
And focused on live performance as well as flawless use(live performance).

I say if you mess up. darn. If using as a production tool then I do see the use, but cpu hog i do say.
