I need GOOD mariachi horns..

Hey everyone, I have a strange request...the title says it all! It seems that every library I currently own sounds too smooth or just unreal in the upper registers. Currently I use, Kontakt(VSL) trumpets,GPO, and I have SampTank and whatever those stock trumpets are. I need something with a bit of a bite and mostly trumpets. Any thoughts "Hobson"?

You may want to look at the multiformat versions of Project SAM which work in Kontakt. Or the new Sonic Implants Symphonic Brass which will be soon available for Kontakt 2 with special scripting (due date October 16).

luces.. i have mariachi trumpets sampled and recorded in mexico, so im looking for a good guitarron mariachi sample if you have a guitarron sample we can make an exchange of that sounds,, hablo español.. saludos

 

Wow,I had forgotten about this post. Well...no tengo guitarron samples...sorry. I usually just use some tweaked out nylon guitar samples. Would you be willing to sell these horn samples? I don't have much need for them right now,but you never know when that request might happen.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I don't have any samples of my own. I just use what comes with Kontakt,Sample Tank,etc and of course standard libraries that can be purchased. So,are you still willing to "trade" even if I don't have anything to "trade"?
