    Hi,

I have an issue with Kontakt 5 (interference noise). This issue isn't in the support FAQs and I haven't found a way to contact anyone, other than by phone. I live in Asia so the jetlag and transcontinental phone calls price make it really inconvenient for me.

Isn't there another way to get support? Email or something? It is quite disappointing and frustrating when you pay that much money for a product to discover later than getting tech support is such an ordeal.

    Open a ticket at support?
Or ask in Kontakt forum for your issue?

How do you open a ticket at support? I've searched the support section of the website extensively and I didn't find anything like this. Even typing "ticket" in the site's search engine doesn't return anything. There is no support email, no form to fill, nothing but the FAQs and phone numbers.

I will ask on the forums, but if there is a way to open a support ticket I'd love to know how!

    Try this:
    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200338191-Komplete
    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/new

The above used to be a public ticket board NI introduced a few years ago, where usually then all more sever issues were put into internal/non-public tickets by NI...
Also, I had the impression this avenue was being retired as well, but seems that's the only way to post an issue atm/nowadays (?)... but I agree, this should be more obvious/straight forward.
    Good luck.
