I only hear sound with i wire my amp directly to AUDIO 8

    The only way i can hear the music is by connecting headphones to the Audio 8 DJ Interface directly or attaching RCA's to the back of the interface in the OUT 7/8 position and have these RCA's go directly to my Amplifier, but then i cant use my mixer at all which defeats the whole purpose.

    If i run all cables as instructed in the tutorial and then have RCA's coming from my mixer and going to my amp, all i can hear is the TONE although Traktor Scratch Pro shows the music is being played indicated by the levels.

    I am missing something here. anyone have any idea's?

    yes .. you probably set your mixer's input to Phono.. they should be on Line.
