I seem to have overwritten Traktor Pro 3 with LE

Hi,

I've purchased and set up an X1 Mk2 and Z1 and have somehow overwritten my Traktor Pro 3 with LE and can't seem to get it back? Any ideas how I can resolve this would be gratefully received!

 

Hi Adrian,

Have you installed Native Access? If so, you can go to +Add the Serial and enter the serial number for Traktor Pro and install it from there.

Thanks so much for your reply. I tied both my serial numbers in Native Access but one isn't recognised now and the other is for Traktor 2 Scratch (shows how old that is). I was using Traktor Pro 3 until yesterday so I don't know what has happened there. Should I be able to upgrade to Pro 3 again from LE with the £44 E-coupon I received yesterday after registering my new hardware? I tried but it didn't recognise the code.

 

Did you enter a serial number yesterday to register the hardware? If so this may have changed the installation to LE as the hardware was linked to Traktor LE

Your Traktor installation will be full PRO 3 but the serial number decides which version you see on screen.
Registration Support will get this sorted for you. We don't have access to user accounts and serial numbers on the forum.

You can use that coupon towards Traktor Pro 3 and you will receive a new serial number for the full version.
