    It seems that Vista don't let you install the USB Behringer driver for it.

    I could, but after a few tries. What you need to do is to always click "Install" in the red window that tells you to not.

    About purchasing the coupon

    I have a question.
    If I purchase the cupon that the UCG102 gives me, I'll be able to use guitar combo as a plug in?
    Also, If I do it you'll give me the price that shows in the website for the other two?

    No, the Behringer editions are not plug-ins, only applications.
    If you need/want a plug-in, you can do a reduced price upgrade to Guitar Rig 3.
